Probably the strongest argument is that the five founding consultants have had real, visceral and proven hands-on experience at the highest levels of management and across a wide spectrum of disciplines – as you can see for yourself on our CV pages.

We inspire clients to want to improve and implement change. We challenge by asking sometimes awkward questions; why do you do things this way? What’s stopping you from changing what you do? Are the employees always the problem or are your leaders and managers really as effective as they could, and should, be? Finally we enable you and your team to take up the challenges.

Inevitably this is a “piece of string” answer. Clearly if the need for change has been identified then a show of commitment at the very top is extremely important, but day to day involvement varies from one organisation to another or from one situation to another. Our usual practice is to work closely with small, cross functional teams to effect measured change.
How long will it take?
Again, difficult to be absolutely precise, many projects will last around 10 days. On the other hand, we have delivered many different projects – from a half day workshop to a multi-disciplined programme taking several months. Once terms of reference are agreed we estimate what resources and timescales would be appropriate but in our experience clients will, more often than not, extend the timescale or agree additional projects as the benefits become apparent.
